Within our Integrated Retail and Licensing Organisation in Munich we are looking for an

E/M-Commerce Lead (Senior Manager) (f/m)

Responsibilities 

  • Create the strategic framework for our E/M-commerce business 
  • Significant leadership role, will report directly into the VP/ General Manager Retail & Licensing
  • Develop the overall strategy for E-players accounts while integrating the digital, social and CRM strategies to deliver the E/M-commerce plan Identify growth priorities across pure players and all retailers with E-commerce activity
  • In cooperation with licensees, retailers and category leads identify category and product gaps in the E-commerce space and derive strategies to close those gaps 
  • Ensure that products and services are presented for optimized search and simplify the path to purchase
  • Stakeholder management with disneystore.de, licensees, retail and digital marketing team to create the optimal solution to meet market needs 
  • Develop strong relationship with retailers, licensees and within the company at the highest level to enhance the brand positioning

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent university degree in economics, business administration or marketing 
  • Excellent knowledge about technical requirements to create a platform for mobile and E-commerce consumers
  • Deep understanding of 3rd party E-commerce operations, for example Google, Amazon and Zalando 
  • Min. 4 years of job experience in a comparable role Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity to numbers 
  • Good communication skills and ability to get buy-in of multiple stakeholders 
  • Creative individual with the ability to view situations commercially 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
