International Account Manager (m/f/d)

  • We are looking for an International Account Manager for existing managed- and self-service clients, mainly media agencies, publishers, trading desks or direct advertisers in the regions EMEA and APAC
  • You will have responsibility for operational customer management and will be the daily “problem solver” for the client
  • You will consult, support and train customers regarding the usage of the self-service platform
  • You will develop data strategies together with the client
  • You will analyze and maintain system usage and system health related KPIs
  • You will develop and report client success KPIs in close collaboration with the BI team
  • You will closely collaborate with the Product Management and Client Development Management teams


  • You have several years of professional experience ­ e.g. in account management
  • You gained a solid understanding of data driven marketing, preferably data driven advertising and RTB/Programmatic
  • You consider yourself to be service oriented and you get inspired by solving your client’s challenges
  • You possess an affinity for web technology
  • Your strength is thinking analytically
  • You work with a hands-on mentality and a fundamental need to learn and understand new topics
  • You speak English and preferably German fluently
  • You are excited to conquer the world from your home base Hamburg
  • You want to develop yourself in a fast-growing company that preserves its agility and champions team spirit while honoring the individual
