Our Marketing Team is looking for an experienced marketer to develop, execute and own adsquare’s global marketing strategy as well as manage the marketing team. Our ideal candidate is well experienced in the advertising technology industry, has managed a team before, is well familiar with all B2B marketing channels, and has a proven track record of successfully implementing product marketing strategies.
Develop, execute and own adsquare’s global B2B marketing strategy
Coordinate marketing strategy with multiple stakeholders internally (e.g., Sales, Product, Management, etc.) and externally (e.g., vendors, partners)
Support our product launches by creating high quality product collateral, FAQs, Help Center articles, white papers, etc.
Manage and assist the Marketing Team in daily activities, projects and other tasks
Be the go-to-person regarding all marketing related topics within the adsquare team
Keep up to date with the industry trends, analyse the needs of our clients and constantly improve adsquare’s marketing strategies
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced tech company (experience in martech or adtech is a strong plus)
Experience in leading and managing a marketing team
Proven track record in successfully developing and executing product marketing strategies
Attention to detail, exceptional project management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once
A strong team-player with ability to work autonomously
Great communication skills
Excellent English skills (written and verbal). German is a plus
High level of energy and enthusiasm for the digital marketing industry
Ability to work under tight deadlines, while managing expectations and measuring own success
