The Programmatic Partner Manager (m/f) will join our team of international mobile advertising specialists and work closely with our product management team in Berlin as well as our international sales teams across Europe. In particular, you will be in charge of:
- Identifying, evaluating and partnering with new buyingbplatforms (DSPs, ad networks etc.), and global buyersb(agency trading desks / advertisers)
- Supporting our international sales teams with their programmatic demand partners to scale up Preferred Deals and Private Auctions
- Creating sales and marketing material with our marketing team as well as conducting workshops internally
- Understanding our partners’ needs and develop custom commercial and technical offers.
- Developing new markets by conducting market research and working closely with Google to seek for new opportunities
- With a great knowledge of YOC’s programmatic structure, selling platforms and technical and business requirements, the partnership manager oversees and helps YOC’s sales teams adapting its commercial efforts to our partner standards and advertiser needs
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, business (development), marketing, communication or a related field.
- You have gained at least 2 years of experience in large online publisher / AdTech company involving sales and or account management (with client and tech partners)
- If you have gained experience with the programmatic world (Publishers, Agencies and/or DSP/SSP) this is a major plus
- Experience in working together with advertising agencies would also be a major plus
- You are a team player with analytical and social skills
- Your oral and written communication skills stand out and you have a strong focus on time management and organization
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- You are fluent in English, additional knowledge of German language is a plus
