Search Engine Advertising Specialist - Native German 


Your job 

Manage the Search Engine Advertising / Pay Per Click channels (both Bing/Yahoo and Google) and monitor the effectiveness on a day to day basis and report on progress and results. Able to execute and work within the Google and Bing tools (eg. Adwords and Google Analytics) on large scale accounts. Manage the channel and performance within the given budgets. Manage agency relationship (3rd party) and internal stakeholders to optimize the performance. 


Your responsibilities 

  • Develop an operational plan and budget for Search Engine Advertising channel, and, after approval and in line with the campaign strategy, ensure the implementation
  • Translate the marketing year plan into detailed campaigns for SEA
  • The development of custom-made trade promotions and give clear briefing to and able to execute
  • Monitor the progress and results of marketing campaigns and ensure cross-channel campaign integration and alignment, and report and use findings to improve the campaign planning and execution
  • Manage the relationship with all involved (internal and external) stakeholders and departments, develop the best possible structures to co-operate with internal as well as external marketing teams and other relevant partners
  • Identify and develop new tools, instruments and campaign dashboards and improve existing ones that help in the execution, monitoring and/or reporting on the daily progress and evaluation of marketing campaigns. Want to automate campaigns to ensure roll out and monitoring of 1000+ campaigns at once
  • Capable of creating and executing a complete campaign briefing within the Search Engine systems (eg. Google Adwords / Editor)
  • Operational developing and managing the Search Engine Advertising channel, including reporting and insights provider to Merchandising and Marketing SCRUM teams. 


Your profile 

  • higher vocational or academic level of thinking and 2 - 4 years of relevant experience (Online Marketer) 
  • Experienced knowledge within the SEA field and worked with large scale accounts. Worked into the operations within Google Adwords
  • Customer Focus; dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Drive for Results; can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
  • Planning and project skills: Be on top of budgets and performances within the SEA channel
  • Good communication skills and able to work proactive / self-directive
  • Native German language skillsrequired combined with business proficient English language skills. Other language skills such as: Dutch, Spanish, French and/or Italian, would be a distinct advantage
