As Team Lead Editorial, you’ll develop the editorial strategy for our marketplace and spearhead content creation. Your proven experience in building and leading multilingual content teams is a driver for growing our platform from national to international. You will be responsible for mentoring your team, steering agencies, and continuously optimizing content performance. Together, with other leads, you will also continuously be supporting and driving success, coaching teams on how to improve their way of working, keeping the focus on the key initiatives and ensuring the desired outcomes are achieved.
- Experience in building and leading content teams in a multilingual environment
- A proven track record in effective content production in e-commerce
- Operative experience with content management systems, SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Sistrix
- Competence in early recognizing and actively resolving roadblocks in a multi-stakeholder ecosystem
- Fluent in both German and English.
